To secure your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required and applied toward your total service cost. Final payment is due two weeks before your wedding day.
The best time to schedule your bridal trial is after selecting your wedding gown and having a clear vision of your desired look. We recommend booking your trial 1 to 6 months before your wedding day to allow for adjustments and ensure your look is flawless.
Bridal trials are offered exclusively to brides who have secured their wedding date with us. Trials do not reserve your date and are scheduled only after booking our services.
If you need to reschedule your wedding date, a 50% rebooking fee is required to secure your new date. Please note, all retainers and deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for the change.
Once your wedding date is secured, the number of services booked cannot be reduced. However, we’re happy to accommodate additional bridal party members—just contact us to update your wedding day schedule.
For payments, please include Zelle, PayPal, and bank transfer options.
